A trailer loaded with animal feed overturned on the Havana-Pinar del Río Highway, near exit 114, and images of the incident went viral on social media.
The accident occurred last week and did not result in any loss of human lives or injuries. The question that is repeated in many comments was what was that trailer carrying.
The vehicle belongs to the state-owned company Agricultural Transport of Villa Clara. Witnesses close to the driver claim that he was carrying a load of animal feed. Part of the cargo came loose, spreading onto the road.
The driver, affectionately known as "Saw", is one of the most experienced and cautious drivers at the Villa Clara transportation base.
"A colleague at work commented, 'He came out unharmed from the accident, thank God.' The company highlighted his long career and prudence at the wheel, which contributed to the incident not having greater consequences."
The accident highlights the importance of maintaining rigorous safety measures in the transportation of goods by road.
