Municipalities of Havana submerged under water following floods caused by heavy rains

Several municipalities in Havana have suffered the consequences of flooding due to the heavy rains occurring in the capital this Saturday.

The pro-government journalist Lázaro Manuel Alonso shared several images and videos of the municipalities of Centro Habana, La Habana Vieja, and San Miguel del Padrón where water has been stagnant on the streets.

Intense rain + poor drainage + garbage being dragged into the drains, create the perfect scenario for these situations," wrote the communicator on his Facebook profile.

Due to this bad weather, a car and a scooter ended up submerged in a pothole in the municipality of El Cerro.
