According to user Juan Luis Valdés, who witnessed the incident, one of the cars belongs to the Turkish embassy and the other one to Russia.

Valdés reported that he was standing on Línea Street and saw everything: both were going down Paseo Avenue and the one responsible for the crash was the person from Turkey, who made an illegal left turn.

"The one at fault for making an unauthorized left turn from Paseo to Línea, and the 179, well, you know where from, didn't even stop," detailed.
