An accident, in which the two Moskvitch cars suffered significant damage, occurred on Sunday morning on the Central Highway of Cuba.

Two identical buses facing each other a few meters from the dividing line between Matanzas and Mayabeque, Carretera Central. There were injured, wrote user Raciel García on the Facebook group "BUS & TRUCK ACCIDENTS for more experience and fewer victims!"

Police presence was seen at the scene of the accident.

The alarming nature of this report sparked comments from internet users who claimed to be cautious on the Carretera Central, as it is a neglected road with small potholes that deceive drivers.

On Friday, a Soviet-made ZIL truck, supposedly loaded with liquid detergent, overturned on the Mayarí highway in the province of Holguín.

A video shared through the mentioned group showed the action of police and firefighters at the scene, who regulated the traffic and sprayed the spilled liquid from the truck with water hoses, causing foam on the road.

Also in Holguín, an accident between a classic car and a vehicle from the Cuban Postal Service left one person injured, due to the falling fragments of the windshield glass.
