The police intervene outside the Capitán San Luis Stadium due to a game between Industriales and Pinar del Río.

The game is scheduled for two o'clock on Wednesday afternoon.

The teams from Industriales and Pinar del Río will face each other on July 17th to compete in the sixth game of the National Baseball Series semifinal, and the surroundings of the Capitán San Luis stadium bear witness to the tension prior to the match.

Images circulating on social media reveal that the police and young individuals wearing the uniform of the Ministry of the Interior (MININT) have intervened violently against people who are in the vicinity of the stadium.

One of those videos shows up to four agents beating a boy on the ground at the same time, amid screams from witnesses questioning the authorities' extreme violence.

The game is scheduled to start at two in the afternoon.

If Industriales were to beat Pinar del Río, the series would be tied (3-3) and the semifinal would be extended to a seventh match, which would take place this Thursday, July 18, also at two o'clock in the afternoon.

If they do not win, Industriales will be eliminated and Pinar will advance to the final of the 63rd National Series of Cuban baseball.
