They provide assistance to a 20-year-old Cuban recently arrived who was left homeless in Florida.

The young man, who arrived just over a month ago, had to face the challenge of staying on the street, as he has no relatives in the U.S.

A 20-year-old Cuban who arrived in the U.S. just a month ago and recently ended up homeless in Tampa after the person who was hosting him kicked him out has received help from the TikToker Dairon Cano.

"Young Cuban, they put him out on the street and he has only been in the USA for a month. Let's help him, please!" Cano wrote alongside a video showing him giving the young man food to take to the house where he is temporarily staying and one hundred dollars.

In the images, the young man appears very humble and grateful for the gesture of the Cuban influencer, whose act has garnered more than 7,000 comments in just three days, many of them praising his kindness and also commending the attitude of the young man who received the humanitarian gesture.

In another more recent video, Dairon Cano presented the young migrant -identified on TikTok as Gisel Humberto- with a pot and a television for when "he has his little apartment."

In the images, the young man emphatically reiterated to the influencer, who repeated the invitation to collaborate because "Cubans are here to help each other."

"We will continue to support wholeheartedly," he concluded.

Last week, Gisel Humberto impressed thousands of Cubans by sharing that he was thrown out of the temporary housing he was staying in Tampa without any issue, only on the grounds that the rental owners did not want anyone there. He mentioned that he was dedicated to doing domestic chores in the house where he was staying, and on the day in question, that person - who he did not specify as male or female - came and told him that he had to leave.

"It is very difficult to be in a country that is not yours, without family and without friends. Believe me, it's true, without anyone to support you, without anyone to lend you a hand," said the young man while documenting live that he was walking along the edge of a road while looking for a place to sleep.

"It's really tough to leave Cuba with the hope of arriving in a country where everything will go well for you. The hope of being able to work, to support your family, and to have this kind of thing happen to you," the migrant added at another moment during his broadcast.

"I did not come to this country with the intention of giving up; I came to this country with a strong desire to work, and even if they place obstacle after obstacle in my way... I am going to move forward, because it was the promise I made to my mom, so I will not let those obstacles stop me. Forward," he added.

After spending his first night sleeping on the street, the young man detailed in another live stream that he had no choice but to walk with a backpack on his shoulder. He looked for nearby churches where he could find accommodation, but he didn't find any and chose to walk towards the airport. He says that along the way, a man stopped and took him to the airport.

Meanwhile, his mother in Cuba, who was aware of the situation and desperate, contacted some friends who brought food to the airport and helped him.

Finally, her mother's friends brought her food and told her: "Leaving for Cuba is not a solution. You are already here."

Gisel Humberto specified that for now he is at his mom's friends' house and that he is happy because several of his papers have already arrived.

The young man, who said he is a professional dancer and a graduate of an art school, expressed his gratitude to the people who are helping him find his way.

Although she would like to dedicate herself to dancing at some point, she says she is aware that first she needs to work in whatever job, to train and find her path, and that once she is stable, she will be able to broaden her horizons and try to make her way professionally.
