Cuban in the U.S. warns about relationships in new jobs: None are your friends, especially in this country.

The TikToker i.am.ivey sent a message to those starting a new job in the United States: "Coworkers, just that."

The Cuban content creator on TikTok, Ivey (@i.am.ivey), shared a video that has sparked extensive debate among his followers regarding trust in the workplace in the United States, especially when starting in a new place.

In his message, Ivey advised to stay alert and not to trust quickly or naively, emphasizing that “everyone who works there is a coworker, none is your friend, especially in this country.”

In his video, which has already accumulated over 23 thousand views in three days of being shared, he warned that in times of difficulty, "everyone is going to look out for themselves and save their own skin." According to him, the more trust you give, "the less you will see the blow when it approaches."

This advice has resonated among many TikTok users, who have shared their own experiences and opinions about it: "Trust killed danger"; "In jobs, there are no friends, ever"; "I've always been by myself, I don't trust anyone"; "Listen to the advice, it's free and it's a rule of life"; "I failed for not heeding that same advice in the best job I had. There are no friends there, and envy wins"; "That's why I don't talk to anyone, only polite greetings. Good morning when I arrive and see you tomorrow when I leave"; "That's exactly right, you are absolutely correct"; “Zero trust is what earns you respect”; “I go to work like a robot. To do my job and I’m not interested in socializing with anyone,” reads among the comments on the post, which has already surpassed 2,400 likes.
