A Cuban shows her apartment in Tampa and reveals what she pays for rent: "Not knowing, you end up in an efficiency."

A Cuban woman shows her one-bedroom apartment in Tampa and confesses what she pays.

A Cuban residing in Tampa, Florida, revealed how much she pays for rent for a one-bedroom apartment on TikTok, where she also showcased the spacious home she lives in, highlighting the advantages of living in an apartment compared to an efficiency.

In the video, the Cuban Nathy Zaldívar (@nathyy.zaldivar.t) invites Cubans in Florida to consider more economical and practical options for renting, challenging the common belief that living in a good place necessarily means paying high prices.

"Did you know that you can rent a place that costs you less, is more comfortable, and without the difficulties that make you believe you have to endure?" he comments at the beginning of the video. Then, he offers a tour of his apartment, starting with the kitchen, which he describes as "very spacious." He also shows the living room, which has a terrace, a spacious bathroom, closets, and a large bedroom.

The monthly rent for this apartment is $1,284, a figure that she considers "cheap" compared to many efficiencies that are rented for $1,400 or $1,500 in the same city.

"Many times, not knowing leads you to be stuck in an expensive efficiency when there are cheaper apartments," he concludes, inviting his followers to seek more profitable and satisfying living alternatives.

This video has generated numerous comments from other TikTok users, who express their gratitude for the information and share their own experiences in the search for affordable apartments in Florida.
