Cuban shows what they were given at a free food bank in the United States.

They also gave food for their pet.

The Cuban TikToker "kurly_la_peque," who resides in Louisville, Kentucky, shared a video on her profile where she showed the products she received from a food bank in the United States.

The creator, who often shares advice for immigrants, in addition to her own experiences, stories, or achieved goals, expressed her surprise at the quantity and variety of food she obtained, something that has also generated great interest among her followers.

"Today I am going to show you what I received at the food bank. I discovered a new place and I will be sending all the information to those who are interested," she began saying in @kurly_la_peque in the video, which has already accumulated more than 305 thousand views. In her video, Kurly showed breads, pizzas, butter, hot dogs, chickens, and even non-food products like acetone, among others.

"The truth is that they give a lot of things, I didn't imagine they would give so much," she commented in surprise while showing everything she received.

The Cuban woman noted that at this food bank, it is not necessary to get out of the car, as everything is placed directly in the trunk. She also explained that this assistance can be accessed once a month, and that the amount of products provided is considerable, which surprised both her and her husband, whom she accompanied to the place.

The video has generated thousands of reactions from users, many of them also immigrants in different parts of the United States who want to know more about this resource. "Is there one in Miami, Florida?"; "Please tell me where it is in New York"; "Where is it, I'm in Kentucky, please," some said, showing interest in knowing the exact location of the food bank. At the same time, other users shared their own experiences: "There are food banks in every state, you just have to type 'food bank near me' and they come up. I'm telling you this because I'm a volunteer at several food banks," commented a follower.

There were also critical comments and concerns about the accessibility of these food banks. "The bad thing about these food banks is that 95% tell you it's only for Cubans and Haitians, and other nationalities are not included," noted a user. Another added, "Almost all the food is just to add calories," to which another responded, "Better to add calories than to die of hunger."

The video also raised questions about the use of these resources by people who, according to some, do not need them. "Don't you work to buy your own things? Why do you come to this country? How embarrassing, for God's sake," commented one.

Kurly la Peque, who in addition to sharing her life as a Cuban emigrant has also offered advice for housekeepers in the U.S., invited her followers to contact her if they wanted more details about this food bank, the address, and the days it is open. "If you want to go, if you want the address, just send me a message and I'll let you know," she said.
