The black market for currency in Cuba experienced a surprising collapse in the price of the Freely Convertible Currency (MLC).
The electronic currency created by the regime is being traded at 270 CUP this Saturday, five pesos less than on the previous day.
The US dollar (USD) remains stable at 320 CUP, and the European currency, the euro (EUR), continues to be valued at 330 CUP.
Despite the surprising fluctuation of the MLC, which was also noticeable last Tuesday, these exchange rates show some stability in the last two months.
