The native of Isla de la Juventud, who is now a free agent, is in a favorable position for Major League Baseball organizations, as his six seasons of experience in the island and his 25 years of age mean that his signing will not affect the teams' budget limits.

Without a doubt, this makes it an attractive option for franchises looking for talent without compromising their financial constraints.

The event will be key to showcasing their progress and sparking the interest of the scouts present at the "showcase."
