A vehicle from Miami International Airport (MIA) was involved in an accident on Tuesday night and ended up overturned on the runway.
The security cameras of the facility captured the incident, which was shared on the Instagram account of the user Only in Dade.
The video shows how the workers immediately rush to help.
"The individual in the overturned vehicle reportedly suffered a fracture in the leg," specified the author of the post.
Apparently, the cart ran over a wheel chock and that caused it to lose stability.
"They had just finished a flight and he mounted onto something," said an internet user.
Others speculate that the driver was speeding.
"It seemed that he did hit the brakes, but man, he was going a bit fast and it made the tractor bounce, and that’s how he lost control," pointed out a user.
"He wasn't wearing his seatbelt either. How else would you fly out of a car?" commented another.
A young woman revealed that the injured person is Dominican and the plane on the runway was from American Airlines.
"The chocks that secure the plane were left on the runway, and those tractors become unstable because if the tire hits something, they bounce, and being in the middle with the chock, he didn't see it and collided with them, and flew through the air without having the seatbelt. He fell out, and the tractor ran over him, crushing both his legs and one arm. The guy was Dominican and super nice. It's a shame for him and his family; I hope A.A helps them with all the bills and their expenses," he detailed.
Last June, a fuel truck overturned on the runway of MIA, and 15 fire units from Miami-Dade County were needed to respond to the dangerous incident.
After the Signature Flight Support tanker truck overturned at around 5:45 am, the flammable liquid spread over a large area of the runway where private jets arrive.
The accident occurred on the private jet runway. Emergency services immediately arrived at the scene, at 4200 Northwest 21st Street, and surrounded the vehicle with orange cones to prevent anyone from getting close.
They also disconnected the vehicle's ignition sources.
