Two deceased in motorcycle accident in Santiago de Cuba.

The victims were Eddy Fresco Almenares, who according to his social media was studying Psychology, and Druvis Revilla, 40 years old. Both lived in the Vista Hermosa neighborhood.

Two men died on Thursday night in a motorcycle accident in Santiago de Cuba, which took place near the Tienda Cubalse, on the El Caney Road.

According to information provided to independent journalist Yosmany Mayeta Labrada, the motorcycle they were on had its lights off.

The victims were identified as Eddy Fresco Almenares, who according to his social media was studying Psychology at the University of Oriente, and Druvis Revilla, 40 years old. Both resided on Calle Segunda in the Vista Hermosa neighborhood.

"They took them to the Clinical Hospital, I haven't been able to take photos because the police are there and won't let anyone get close, but the doctors said they could no longer do anything for one of the boys who arrived dead and they weren't going to touch him," a woman recounted from the hospital.

One of the deceased died at the scene. Presumably, he crashed into a pole.

So far, details of the incident are unknown, which has shocked the residents of the neighborhood.
