Cuban singer Cándido Fabré has wanted to join the messages of support and tribute directed to El Taiger, who was shot in the head on Thursday in Miami under circumstances that are under investigation.

Fabré's song is called "Get Up, Matador," in clear reference to one of the most popular songs of the reggaeton artist, one of his anthems par excellence.

In his song, the vocalist of the Original de Manzanillo makes vows for the recovery of the singer and also references the void left by the death of El Dany, a collective sorrow that Fabré asks not to be repeated.

In the comments section of the post, the musician received many congratulations for the song, as well as gratitude from El Taiger's followers for the gesture and the empathy shown in what is, above all, a case of solidarity towards a person who is caught between life and death.

Below we transcribe the lyrics of the song composed by Cándido Fabré.

Get up, matador.

Author: Cándido Fabré Fabré (The son of Sixta and dad Neto)

Having fame, money He fell into bad luck Wanting to touch the sky He stumbled upon death

As he passed, a madman Tried to take his life away The solace of his people Is that he still breathes

Divine providence Christ, our savior Protects him from above Mercy, Lord!

There is crying, anger, fear Lament of love and faith Pain multiplies Killer, rise up

When El Dany left us He left a void in the urban scene Badly wounded, he remains standing Cuban reggaeton cries

A candle in each hand We pray from dawn to dusk José Manuel, here we are Get up, matador

Chorus: Rise, rise Get up, killer.

According to the latest information, the artist is "stable," although still in critical condition.

The investigation into the incident in which the reggaeton player was shot in the head is still ongoing.

Speculations on social media intensified after images of a police operation at a residence in Hialeah emerged this Saturday.

However, at the moment there are no arrests, according to Univision journalist Daniel Benítez. The police are still looking for more information and for people who are believed to have been with El Taiger before the tragic event.

What do you think?
