The Cuban TikToker Laurita (@_eslaurita) showed her followers the damage caused by Hurricane Milton in the area where she lives in Florida.

Laurita lives in Town 'n' Country, in Hillsborough County. She evacuated with her family to avoid any accidents during Milton's passage through the region.

Hurricane Milton struck Florida as a Category 3, leaving 16 dead to date, including a Cuban grandfather. This cyclone caused great devastation with tornadoes, flooding, and power outages.

About 2.9 million users were without electricity on Friday. Additionally, 7.3 million people who received mandatory evacuation orders are returning to their homes.

The floods forced the rescue of hundreds of residents in Pinellas County, while damages are estimated to cost between 50 billion and 60 billion dollars.
