A young Cuban named Ney, residing in Brazil, shared on TikTok her opinion about emigrating to the United States or Brazil.

A young Cuban named Ney, currently living in Brazil, has sparked debate on social media after sharing her opinion on whether it is better to emigrate to the United States or Brazil.

Using his TikTok profile @ney__cruz, where he has amassed thousands of followers, Ney addressed his followers with a powerful and personal message about the realities of emigrating to both countries.

"Don't compare Brazil with the USA, get that idea out of your head. There is no comparison," declared the Cuban in the video, making it clear that, from her perspective, the differences between the two nations make any direct comparison pointless.

However, Ney also nuanced his opinion by stating that the experience of emigrating is very personal and varies from individual to individual. "People, all of us have a different reality, but what is clear is that your dreamed future only depends on you," he stated, encouraging his followers to focus on personal effort, regardless of the country they are in.

For Ney, success is not solely tied to the place of residence, but to the effort and dedication one puts in: "So wherever you are, strive today more than yesterday and only then will you achieve it," he concluded.

The video, which quickly went viral, has sparked an intense debate among TikTok users. Some shared experiences similar to Ney's, while others disagreed, emphasizing the unique opportunities and challenges that both Brazil and the United States present for migrants.

This type of content, which reflects the opinions and experiences of Cubans abroad, highlights the diverse realities that Cuban migrants face in their search for a better future outside the island.
