Jorge Junior responds to Chocolate for not going to El Taiger's funeral: "I was not going to let anything or anyone interfere with that moment."

Jorge Junior responded to Chocolate MC for not attending El Taiger's funeral, stating that he respected his decision, but that there would not have been any problem if he had attended, since he would not have allowed anything to disrupt that moment.

The recognized Cuban reggaeton artist Jorge Junior spoke out through a live transmission about the absence of Chocolate MC at El Taiger's funeral, a situation that had generated various reactions on social media and in the Cuban urban music community.

In his intervention, Jorge Junior made his stance clear regarding the controversy and defended Chocolate's decision. "I think you responded correctly, although I'm going to tell you something, Chocolate. That day, for me, for Cuban reggaeton, for Cuban music, was going to be a sacred day, a day where there could be no problems at any side," commented the leader of the 4.

The artist emphasized that, despite the differences they have had, the funeral was a moment of respect and that, had Chocolate attended, he would not have allowed any interruption or altercation.

"If you had gone, nothing would have happened for sure, because the most important thing at that moment was my cousin's funeral and I wasn't going to allow anything or anyone to interfere with that moment, that final goodbye that was going to be given," stated Jorge Junior, referring to the deceased José Manuel Carbajal Zaldívar, known as El Taiger.

Jorge Junior also assured that Chocolate's presence would not have posed a conflict, emphasizing that the occasion required calmness and respect.

"There would be no reason to argue or create a spectacle," he clarified. He also added: "I don't think what you did is wrong. If you had walked through that door, there would have been calm and equanimity. The problems are due to timing; there will be another day to discuss and talk. José Manuel Carbajal's day should be respected."

With these statements, Jorge Junior demonstrated understanding of Chocolate MC's decision, although he also expressed that respect for the deceased was paramount at that moment, inviting everyone to put aside any type of dispute.
