A Cuban woman urgently sought help on Facebook to locate her son-in-law, who works as a taxi driver and has been missing since noon on Monday.

Yordanka López Lorenzo, a resident of Matanzas, shared photos of the young man named Yoaniel.

According to reports, he left on Saturday, November 2, heading to Santiago de Cuba on a rented trip. He was driving a white Lada.

"He stopped in Palma Soriano. We lost communication with him since Monday, November 4, around noon. We ask that if anyone has seen him, please contact the numbers 58680228, 52227208, 53698950," she pleaded.

Yordanka detailed that the trip to Santiago involves an acquaintance whom the family has called; however, "he does nothing to enable us to speak with him."

"Please, share with your friends to see if anyone knows people from that area who can respond," he added.

The disappearance of Yoaniel was reported to the police, and his family also called several hospitals, but nothing has yielded results.
