A massive transportation accident that happened this Wednesday in the town of Cascorro, in the municipality of Guáimaro, Camagüey, left at least 10 people injured, including a child, with no fatalities reported so far.
Journalist Yamile Ricardo Velázquez reported on Facebook that the Armando Enrique Cardoso Municipal Hospital in Guáimaro received the patients from the mass accident.
After receiving the alert, the emergency medical personnel immediately rushed to the hospital to attend to the victims of the mass accident, Ricardo stated.
In a later post, the journalist reported that none of the injured are residents of the Camagüey municipality of Guáimaro.
At the time of this report, the causes and details of the unfortunate incident were still unknown.
This Tuesday, a pothole in the roadway was the trigger for an accident involving a motorcycle and an almendrón, with no fatalities or injuries reported.
The incident occurred at the intersection of Porvenir and Font streets, in the neighborhood of La Víbora, in the 10 de Octubre municipality of Havana.

The incident was reported by a Facebook user in the group 'Accidentes Buses & Camiones', where she shared a video recorded from inside a bus that was passing through the area.
