Sandro Castro defends his controversial birthday celebration: “I’m celebrating like a young revolutionary Cuban.”

Fidel Castro's grandson defended his right to celebrate his birthday amid the Cuban crisis, despite criticism for his extravagant party at his bar, emphasizing his "revolutionary commitment."

The grandson of dictator Fidel Castro and the "king of the night" in Cuba's capital, businessman Sandro Castro, has once again taken to social media to explain to Cubans that he is a simple young man who has the right to celebrate his birthday as he sees fit.

Following the stir caused by the announcement of his birthday party, which will take place at his bar EFE next Thursday, December 5th, Sandrito has returned to an Instagram Live to assert his rights and his "revolutionary moral."

In the midst of the severe crisis facing the population, the young man had the brilliant idea of hosting a party worthy of the jet set from advanced capitalist societies, complete with a "dress code," a welcome cocktail for guests, Cristal beer, shots of tequila for the first twenty women, and sparkling wine "free for everyone."

After the volcanic reactions triggered by the publication of Castro's grandson, he put on his dark glasses, settled into his personal confessional (his Mercedes Benz), and spoke to "his people" to clarify that he is a simple young man and that all the commotion has been caused by the "haters" and "mercenaries" from the United States.

"I want to clarify in this post that I will be talking about my birthday event on Thursday, December 5th, which I will be holding at my bar EFE. Everyone is invited. I have noticed a trend on social media, filled with falsehoods, defamations, and discord, from some YouTubers and certain spokespersons from the United States..." Sandro began.

No, the young reveler did not cancel his party. His statement was intended to “make it clear -so that no one is confused- that I am celebrating my birthday as a revolutionary young Cuban, with every right, in my place, in my business, where everything is always within the bounds of the law” (sic).

Is that clear? Sandrito is a young revolutionary, he is a businessman and, in that capacity, with all his principles, he will celebrate his birthday at his bar EFE, where he celebrated Halloween three months after the historic protests of July 11 (11J) in 2021, or lit a cigar, but always "within the bounds of legality."

Can't the State Security take away this boy's phone? Or is it possible that they find this controversy convenient, seeking to divert people's indignation, anger, and discomfort towards this distraction?

According to Sandro, at his little party "there will be a healthy atmosphere" and everyone is invited, "as long as we have the capacity to provide our service and a warm welcome." In other words, like the animals on the farm, they are all equal, but some are more equal than others.

"My interest is not to respond to them, nor to give prominence to those who foster so much hate and discord, especially when what we need is to be united during these difficult times. What I want is to clarify for those who may feel confused that I am celebrating my birthday as the right of a normal, ordinary young person, or for anyone who wishes to celebrate their birthday," added the young Castro.

The country is falling apart, with no energy, no light, no healthcare, no transportation, no medications, no schools, and no housing, yet there is a magnanimous businessman who invites everyone to have a good time on his birthday. That is the Cuba of "continuity."

And Sandro feels proud to be a part of this social experiment, “because I am always with my country, with my homeland.” How could he not feel that way, when he is part of the extractive elite that appropriates the nation and its wealth, paving the way for the establishment of a mafia-style market state, with the help of the Stolypin International Institute and its project for a Russian-Cuban Economic Transformation Center!

"Well, everyone who wants to attend, you know you’re invited... as long as we have the capacity. A big hug and best regards," said Sandrito to conclude his enlightening address.

In February 2021, the "successful businessman" and king of the continuity party was bragging about his Mercedes Benz in another iconic livestream, where he was heard saying, "You know that we are simple people, but every now and then you have to bring out these little toys we have at home." Shortly after, he backtracked, issued a "big apology," and claimed to be a "simple person."

Almost four years after those iconic pieces denouncing the contempt of the Castros and their "heirs" from the totalitarian regime—built by the dictatorial grandfather through violence and indoctrination—Sandrito reemerges at a party in the midst of an "energy emergency," drawing attention. This also adds a degree of credibility to rumors about an elite of "continuity" that indulges in one orgy after another, with ‘El Cangrejo’ as a bodyguard enjoying himself at the Río Club during the blackout, and Manuel Anido Cuesta living a Hollywood-style romance in Madrid.
