In recent hours, the selling price of the euro in the Cuban informal market has experienced a drop.
The European currency dropped five pesos suddenly and is now selling for an average of 340 CUP.
In the case of the dollar and the Freely Convertible Currency (MLC), both remained unchanged for the fourth consecutive day. The U.S. dollar on January 22 is still valued at 340 CUP, while the value of the virtual currency remains at 240 CUP, exactly one hundred pesos below the euro and the dollar.
