A Cuban user decided to put Grok, the artificial intelligence (AI) created by Elon Musk, to the test with a simple yet contextually rich question.
"Who is the most despicable president in the world? Just one word," the Cuban said to the AI. The bot's response was straightforward: "Díaz-Canel."

The term “singao” is a widely used insult in Cuba to describe someone as vile, despicable, or of low conduct. Its usage, although vulgar, has become popular against the current Cuban leader Miguel Díaz-Canel, as a form of political protest.
The phrase “Díaz-Canel singao” gained traction from a musical piece by Aldo el Aldeano and Silvito el Libre, and it has become a slogan among Cubans who are critical of the regime.
What’s interesting is that Grok not only understood the meaning of the term but also identified to whom it is most frequently attributed. This information clearly shows how deeply this expression has resonated in popular consciousness.
This week, the leader stated that he wants to use artificial intelligence to emancipate Cuba, because the island "cannot lag behind in the use of technology."
Díaz-Canel refuses to acknowledge that he lacks the infrastructure to achieve that goal. While he dreams of a technological future led by Cuba, AI already knows him and has him figured out.
