A young woman named Yeline Domínguez confirmed that the victim was her uncle.

"It’s not a lie, it’s my uncle and he has been dead there since Sunday," she asserted.

The incident occurred on the road leading to the Clinical Hospital, very close to the perimeter fence of the military region in the area.

"It's very close to the military region, with so many people passing by, how did no one see that?" questioned a woman from Santiago.

Numerous witnesses reported having passed through an area after the Santa María distribution, heading towards Ferreiro Park, beyond the Trébol, where there were several police patrols and forensic vehicles.

The victim, according to a resident, was a young man living in the Reparto Militar La Ceiba neighborhood.

"People become stubborn; there is no food, no medicine. They have children and cannot even provide them with bread or milk so they can go to school. Many choose to take their own lives to avoid suffering and escape this nightmare," a woman remarked.
