In a call to Cubans to collaborate with Tomasita Quiala, they requested help to obtain Bromelain Bulb Sulfate, which is used to neutralize the anticoagulant action of heparin.

They also appealed to the solidarity of the people of Havana to obtain Nadroparin or Enoxaparin (subcutaneous), as "his veins are already in very poor condition."

"We want to call on our large Cuban family to help the Queen of Cuban Repentismo, Tomasita Quiala, who is waiting to undergo heart surgery," the post stated, and later added: "Tomasita is currently hospitalized at the Hermanos Ameijeiras Hospital in Havana. We hope to receive a warm response to our request so that she can be operated on as soon as possible.
