The event, taking place from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., will celebrate Mother's Day and include live music, culinary offerings, domino games, and activities for the whole family.

One of the central moments will be the tribute to Willy Chirino, an emblematic figure of Cuban music in exile, who will close the festival with a grand concert.

The recognition of the 78-year-old singer-songwriter and music producer takes on special significance following the recent premiere in Miami of the documentary Chirino, which is a journey through his childhood in his hometown, Consolación del Sur, in Pinar del Río, his arrival in the United States during Operation Peter Pan, and his rise as one of the most important figures in Cuban music, whose voice the dictatorship could not silence.

For his part, rapper El B announced on Instagram his participation in the event's closing.

The artist, known for songs like "Cuba wakes up", has maintained a critical stance towards the Cuban regime. Recently, he collaborated with singer Haydée Milanés on "It Hurts", released on February 28, dedicated to the struggle for a free Cuba.

Amaury Gutiérrez, Grammy winner in 2011, will also be part of the lineup. The singer-songwriter, known for hits like "Perdóname todo," composed "Pueblo de mi corazón" —dedicated to the protesters of 11J— and collaborations such as "Libertad y Amén" and a track with the rapper Jorge Lian García Díaz, known by his stage name Kamankola, about returning to a Cuba without dictatorship.

The Cubanísimos 2025 festival, with free admission, aims to continue promoting Cuban culture in South Florida. Complete details are available on the official event page on Facebook.
