Lawyer Willy Allen advises Cuban reggaeton artist Chocolate MC to turn himself in "as soon as possible."

The immigration expert believes that given the criminal record of the King of Reparto, who has been on a hunger strike in prison since May 4, it is most likely he will be deported to Cuba if the regime accepts him. However, if they reject his deportation, he risks being sent to a prison in El Salvador or any other location

The Florida lawyer Willy Allen, an expert in Immigration, recommends that Cuban reggaeton artist Yosvani Sierra, known as Chocolate MC, self-deport to Cuba through the CBP Home app. This way, he explains, he avoids the risk of being sent to a jail in El Salvador or anywhere else in the world, should the Havana regime refuse to accept him back to the Island, something that was indeed done to the influencer Cinthya Medrano, known as La Cintumbare.

Given Chocolate MC's criminal record in the United States, it is very likely, in Allen's opinion, that the King of Distribution will be deported to Cuba. "I believe so. I think when you look at the offenses he's committed, including girlfriend or domestic abuse, you really wonder what he's doing here. If he's here violating the laws of the United States with the types of crimes he's had, I think he earns the award for being sent back to Cuba," the lawyer stated during his program on Mondays on CiberCuba.

"If Cuba accepts him like the influencer La Cintumbare did, well, who knows? Maybe he'll be out on the street with Raúl Castro's grandson with a new song. One can always expect the best from them. But if Cuba doesn't accept him, perhaps through the negotiations that Secretary of State Marco Rubio has been conducting, he might end up in El Salvador, Ecuador, or Africa, because supposedly Marco Rubio is negotiating with countries in Africa to take them far away so they can't return to the United States easily," he added.

"So Chocolate runs the risk that if Cuba does not accept him, he will have to perform his music in a different place. I recommend that he self-deport as soon as possible," he insisted.

"Chocolate, unfortunately, just like the lady from Houston (La Cintumbare), had a chance to live here (in the United States) and squandered that opportunity."

According to Allen, he doesn't lose much sleep "over criminals who have the opportunity to live here (in the U.S.) and come here and instead of living here, growing here, becoming important individuals and contributing here, they engage in criminal activities ranging from domestic abuse to drug offenses and frauds committed by many people."

"In reality, for me, people who come to the house—this is someone else's house—and instead of behaving like guests in a home that allows them to legalize their situation, what they do is defecate in the house... well, they should be picked up and thrown out. I don't lose much sleep over people who have had the chance to live here and have squandered it."

The lawyer also asserts that staging a hunger strike in a deportation center, such as the one initiated this Sunday, May 4, by Chocolate, is pointless in the United States. "I listen more to what Marco Rubio says, and if Marco Rubio says he is looking to negotiate to send people to other countries, I believe he is doing it, and I believe people like Chocolate, if Cuba does not accept them, run that risk. If I were in his place right now, I would be calling the embassy in Washington saying: 'Please accept me, I want to leave, accept me,'" he concluded.

Just this Monday, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) announced a "historic opportunity" for foreigners who choose to self-deport using the CBP Home app. In theory, they will be able to receive a stipend of $1,000 once they are back in their home countries. Additionally, the door is left open for those who self-deport to return to the United States.
