Young man who has been bedridden for a decade will be able to leave home thanks to a Cuban businessman from Miami

"You'll see me exploring Havana," said the excited young man.

A young Cuban who has been bedridden for a decade will finally be able to leave his home thanks to the solidarity of a compatriot from Miami who sent him a wheelchair.

"I’m all set to get around; you’ll soon see me exploring Havana," he said excitedly.

The happiness of the young man is possible thanks to José González, a Cuban entrepreneur in the United States who often collaborates with this type of initiative through the aid project of comedian Limay Blanco.

"Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I have been bedridden for nine years and can hardly move. It has saved my life; it has helped me to get out and get organized. Here you have a great friend," he expressed.

In a video shared on Instagram on Limay Blanco's account, it shows a recovered electric wheelchair, to which the donor replaced the battery.

González runs a package delivery and immigration paperwork agency, through which many donations from residents in the United States are sent to Cuba for people in need on the Island.

The boy's mother also expressed her gratitude.
