A young Cuban received his residency in the United States and decided to share that unique moment with his mother in Cuba through a video call.

The emotional meeting, although virtual, was filled with joy and tears of happiness from both sides: Cuba, where his mother still resides, and Miami, where the young man lives.

In the video, posted on the TikTok profile @reinald.97 of the Cuban, the young man can be seen opening the official envelope containing his immigration status, while his mother, from the island, smiles at him through the mobile screen.

"Dream come true", wrote the Cuban in the description of the video which already has thousands of views on the platform, reflecting the significance of this achievement for him and his family.

The scene has touched many social media users, who recognize in this gesture the hope and sacrifice that so many Cubans face in order to carve out a future outside the island.

The recording not only presents the expected document but also captures a symbolic embrace between mother and son, who, despite the distance, celebrate together one of the most important moments of their lives.
