The former Cuban spy Gerardo Hernández, currently the national coordinator of the CDR, lashed out at the Cuban activist Amelia Calzadilla, after she once again criticized the Cuban regime and spoke out against the ruler Miguel Díaz-Canel.

"No worse splinter than that of the same stick", wrote Hernández this Saturday on his Facebook, while sharing the post that prompted him to leave that phrase: a statement from Calzadilla regarding Israel's attacks on leaders of Iran.

In the original post, the activist, who gained prominence for her denunciations of the regime and her defense of social causes, highlighted on social media the "precision" of Israel's attacks against Iranian leaders this Friday and the military power of the Hebrew state.

"It is truly impressive the military power demonstrated, which not only encompasses high-end technology capable of destroying specific targets, but also proves a well-planned strategy that leaves the Iranians without their key leaders to reorganize and respond to attacks in a timely manner," he commented.

In a joking tone, he suggested that someone should inform Netanyahu of Díaz-Canel's opinions about him so that he could do "the favor" to the Cubans, implying that this way, hypothetically, the dictatorship could come to an end.

"It's not to give ideas, but perhaps we should tell Netanyahu what Canel thinks of him, it might help us out." he wrote.

The Cuban spy, unaware of the joking tone or the emoticon left by the activist in her statement, reported the text and published: "When you ask for your country to be invaded, don't ask it from somewhere else, ask it from there, so you know what a missile sounds like."

With aggression, Hernández made it clear that in his interpretation of Calzadilla's post, the young mother was calling for an armed invasion of Cuba.

Dozens of people agreed with Amelia on her message and joked about "making Díaz-Canel disappear."

"Not that I want to give ideas, but Ukrainian drones aren't that expensive... and for the security colleagues who are reading us, I want to make it clear that dialogue has been attempted, it has been tried amicably, the blame lies with those in charge who aren't leaving other options," stated one person.

Others, however, regarded it as a "radical" request that deviated from their previous statements advocating for dialogue and peace.

This Friday, in a dramatic escalation of the conflict in the Middle East, several waves of missiles were launched towards Israel as the start of Tehran's "crushing response" to Israeli attacks.

The Prime Minister of that country, Benjamin Netanyahu, said at a press conference that they are going through "one of the best military operations in history, Operation High Line."

The objective of Israel's military operation, he clarified, is to "eliminate this threat from the Islamic regime, both the nuclear threat and the threat of ballistic missiles to Israel."

Israel launched devastating attacks against the heart of Iran's nuclear and military infrastructure, deploying fighter jets and drones previously introduced into the country to assault key facilities and kill high-ranking generals and scientists, a bombardment that it deemed necessary before its adversary got closer to building atomic weapons.
