The fire department of Las Tunas rescued a little cat from a well where it had been trapped for over 24 hours.

The situation began when neighbors in the provincial capital, after several unsuccessful attempts to rescue the animal on their own, decided to contact the emergency number 105.

The call was handled with special urgency after it was learned that the alert came directly from the community associated with the Animal Welfare Cuba (BAC) group in that region of the eastern part of the island.
