A Cuban mother had an emotional moment as she reunited with her children after leaving her hearing in an immigration court in Miami.

The moment was captured in a video posted on TikTok by the user @belkissusana, where you can see how the young people eagerly await her outside the building and share a long and heartfelt embrace.

“Departure from my I-220A cut, July 23, welcoming my children,” wrote the woman alongside the video that has moved numerous users on social media.

As explained in the comments, his case was postponed until 2029, which gives him a temporary reprieve while he awaits a final decision regarding his immigration status in the United States.

The I-220A code refers to a type of immigration parole issued by authorities upon entering the country. Many Cubans who have recently arrived in the U.S. through the border have received this document while their cases progress in immigration courts.

The video has gone viral on TikTok, generating messages of support and solidarity for this Cuban mother who is fighting for a future in freedom alongside her children.
