In the early hours of Thursday, at least two new thefts were reported in less than six hours. The first occurred around 2:00 a.m., when a woman had her mobile phone snatched while she was walking through the area.
The second assault occurred around 7:00 a.m., when alleged members of the same group stole a backpack from some passengers traveling in a truck.
