The feud between Destino Positivo and Alexander Otaola is escalating daily: the Dominican influencer Destino Tolk has just announced that he will sue the Cuban for three million dollars over statements made on his show.

In a video posted on his social media, Destino recalled that his lawyer Karel Suárez has already won other battles against Otaola and his lawyer, and stated that he will now take away three million.

"The mayor practically accused me of being a drug trafficker," he stated on his TikTok account.

The new dispute originates from some remarks made by Otaola during the interview he conducted with Abejas Meme.

On that occasion, Otaola asserted that the Cuban presenter Frank Abel - who until last July was part of the Destino team - does not go on his show El Mañanero because he does not give drugs to his guests.

"He's not coming because there isn't a single bit of action here, there's nothing; we're not like Destino, where we incite that kind of thing," said the Cuban influencer.

In response, the Dominican stated on his social media that this is a serious accusation and that he will file a lawsuit.

"In short, he told me that I was giving drugs to Frank Abel so that he would work here, that practically constitutes an exchange," she emphasized.

For his part, Otaola showed no signs of concern regarding the announced complaint.

"Oh, Destino is promoting an energy drink and needs a scandal with me because I'm the only one selling his program," he stated.

In July, Frank Abel announced his voluntary resignation from the program Destino Tolk and his retirement from the media, citing that he is facing a complex personal phase that includes health issues, a legal process in Immigration court, and new projects in his romantic life.

"Following everything that has happened, since I left the hospital, due to what many media outlets that want to twist the truth are doing, that want to crush someone, which I still don’t understand why, I decided to take a break," said the broadcaster.

"My nerves aren't up to coming to record with the worry I have. Secondly, I am seeking medical treatment. Thirdly, this is a job that I am passionate about and enjoy, but I need to take some time with my family for the most genuine support," he explained then.

The Dominican influencer emphasized that Frank Abel was still part of the project and that the doors of the program would remain open for him when he decides to return.
