A multiple-vehicle collision that occurred this Wednesday in the Caballo Blanco area, San Miguel del Padrón municipality, Havana, left at least three people injured, according to a report from a user in the group "ACCIDENTS BUSES & TRUCKS for more experience and fewer victims!".
The accident caused the interruption of traffic in the area, according to initial reports from the scene.
In the incident, a tricycle, an electric motorcycle, a modern car, and a Lada.
At least three injured individuals were urgently transferred to the nearest hospital; all were unconscious at the time of transport.
According to the available information, the collision involved four different types of vehicles simultaneously.
The incident caused congestion around Caballo Blanco while assistance and removal operations were carried out.
Several forum members agreed that the collision may have been due to the recklessness of the drivers, as the curve where the incident occurred does not allow for speeds over 40 km/h.
"That curve clearly indicates 40 kilometers, and I invite you to stop there to see how many aware drivers there are and how many unconscious ones. I don't want to blame anyone, but for some time now, there’s no one who can get motorcycles to take the right lane; you honk, flash your lights, and they just stay there," he said, acknowledging that cars also commit violations.
"This curve has always been dangerous and most people always come out at high speed after leaving the traffic light," pointed out another.

Last year, traffic accidents (7,507) resulted in a toll of 634 deceased and 6,613 injured, figures lower than those of 2023.
According to the latest official statistics released by state media, in seven out of ten incidents there were victims, primarily due to vehicle collisions, which continue to be the "most dangerous" accident, accounting for 36% of all fatalities.
Meanwhile, each accident caused by speeding records at least one victim and for every five incidents of this nature, one person dies.
