Cuban content creator Carmen Rosa González Álvarez, known on social media as @conmenchu, has shared a video showcasing the apartment she rents in China, surprising her followers with the details and the rental price.

Carmen Rosa, who describes herself as a musician, model, and traveler, explained that in China, most available rental apartments are fully furnished, which greatly simplifies the process for those arriving from other countries.

The influencer shared that she chose an apartment with a balcony, located in a nice area of her city, surrounded by parks and with access to all public services. It has two bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen, dining room, living room, and utility patio. She pays 3,500 yuanes per month, which is equivalent to about 490 dollars.

The Cuban also mentioned that prices can vary considerably depending on the city and the area, although she assured that there are many affordable and comfortable options available for living in China.

The video, posted on their social media, has generated dozens of comments from Cubans curious to learn about life in the Asian giant and how much it costs to maintain a home there.
