The Cuban model and influencer Juliette Valle is experiencing one of the happiest moments of the year. After intense weeks and headlines following her departure from the De La Vida podcast, the young woman, now based in Miami, traveled to the Dominican Republic to reunite with her parents. She shared an emotional video on Instagram where she can be seen running towards them and embracing them with tears, smiles, and warmth. In the background, "You Are the Reason" by Olivia Penalva plays, and the scene is nothing short of touching.

“My greatest satisfaction is not what I achieve, it's being able to share it with them. Seeing my parents enjoy, laugh, and live moments they once only dreamed of... that is success for me. Their first little trip to the Dominican Republic. Family is always the goal,” Juliette wrote alongside the video, which garnered over 35 thousand reactions in just a few hours.

The images, captured at the Dominican airport, show a humble Juliette, dressed in comfortable clothing and completely enveloped in the embrace of her parents. The moment, so intimate and genuine, quickly became a celebration shared by thousands of Cubans living far from their loved ones. Many felt a connection and left messages filled with emotion and nostalgia.

Among the comments, those from well-known figures stood out, such as Heydy González, who wrote: “Awww my love, what joy, nothing like a hug from mom and dad”, and the singer Srta Dayana, who reacted with affection. Other followers summed up the general sentiment with phrases like “the band-aid for your heart” or “the best Christmas gift.”

The video also reflects an increasingly common trend among emigrated Cubans: meeting their families in third countries like the Dominican Republic, where the gathering is possible without returning to Cuba. For many, those embraces mean much more than just a vacation. They are a way to heal distances, recharge their spirits, and remember what is truly important.

This reunion comes just a few days after Juliette broke her silence about her departure from the podcast De La Vida. Her ex-partner and co-host, La Flaca Verónica, decided to distance her from the project after their breakup. Away from the drama, Juliette chose tranquility. “Today I understand that not everything that ends is a loss; many times it’s a lesson,” she wrote at that time. And judging by the images of their family embrace, it seems that this lesson has brought her exactly what she desired most: genuine peace and love.
