During a moment of honesty in the reality show El Rancho de Destino, the Cuban singer La Diosa spoke candidly about her estrangement from Ultrack, with whom she had maintained a very close friendship known to everyone until a few months ago. The artist recalled that they had known each other since Cuba and that she considered him “like a brother,” a relationship that, as she confessed, ended in a way that affected her more than many would imagine.
“Ultrack doesn't speak to me, and how many times does he go out and say that a friend like La Diosa doesn't exist?” the performer began, recalling the origin of the conflict. When her colleagues Brayan El Joker and Kenny Robert asked her about the reason for the rift, La Diosa was straightforward: “He let me down.”
The singer assured that she feels neither hate nor resentment, but rather a deep wound. “I don’t talk to him. He asks me for forgiveness every single day, says ‘I love you,’ and sends me super chats. I’m the one who isn’t talking to him,” she explained, making it clear that, although she appreciates the apologies, she does not feel ready to resume the friendship.
Kenny tried to adopt a conciliatory tone in the conversation and reminded her that "everyone deserves a second chance." However, La Diosa stood firm in her position: "I understand when someone makes a mistake as a human being. But you can't be insensitive to someone who has been there for you 24/7. When I went through a very difficult time, I needed him as a friend and he wasn't there. He told me: 'It's not my fault that you're depressed and feeling this way.' That was what I couldn't understand."
Despite everything, La Diosa clarified that she holds no resentment towards him. “I don’t wish him ill, I wish him well. He is a person I cared for deeply. To me, he was like a brother. We were friends since Cuba. But what he offers me is not what I seek in a friendship”, she expressed with noticeable nostalgia.
The friendship between La Diosa and Ultrack had been well-known in the Cuban artistic community, and their breakup, which occurred a few months ago, surprised many. Now, with her words at El Rancho de Destino, the singer revealed her more human and sensitive side, the same one that has made her one of the most authentic figures of the reality show.
