The reality show El Rancho de Destino continues to be a hot topic following the expulsion of Bryan “El Vaquero” and the Dominican Atuedad, who were involved in the controversial cake incident that went viral on social media. Although both contestants have been eliminated from the competition, reactions persist, especially after Destino Positivo, the creator of the show, commented on the incident and offered advice that sparked debate.
During a talk on set, Destino analyzed the conflict from a business perspective, noting that Atuedad had skillfully capitalized on the controversy. “The cake incident went viral and changed its narrative. Now he’s walking around with a cake promoting to everyone and making money,” he said. In contrast, he expressed that Bryan was not seizing his moment: “He has the same popularity in the streets, but he has stayed locked away. Brother, get out there and make some money. I would have gone out with my face covered in cake looking for business.”
The words soon reached Bryan, who decided to respond to Destino through his social media. “I make more money than Atuedad without the need to embarrass myself,” he wrote in his stories, accompanying his message with a video of Destino on set discussing this.
The Cuban also assured that he remains focused on his personal projects and that he does not need to resort to controversies to stand out: "Later I’ll show you why I’m focused in my own corner", he added, making it clear that he is focused on his own projects.
El Rancho de Destino has established itself as one of the most followed reality shows among the Latino audience, precisely due to its blend of cohabitation and constant tensions among the contestants. While the format has generated entertaining and viral moments, it has also been marked by intense arguments, expulsions, and controversies that keep viewers engaged with each new episode.
