The Cuban actor, comedian, and director Alexis Valdés dedicated an extensive and emphatic public message to the Puerto Rican singer Bad Bunny, whom he described as an exceptional figure who transcends music and has become a cultural symbol for the Latino world.

"Some people carry an aura, a soul, a force capable of achieving great things. They bring a boldness, a daring. A capacity for seduction. A special talent for communication. I believe Benito has all of that. Bad Bunny. And that's why he is where he is," wrote on Facebook.

According to the Cuban artist, the Bad Bunny phenomenon cannot be explained solely by marketing strategies, but also by unique personal qualities: "You need to have that individual with those special characteristics. People like that are born."

Alexis stated that the singer has chosen a positive path with his influence: "To bring joy, pride, a sense of belonging, and self-esteem to his people."

In a video, he delved deeper into his analysis and was even more direct: "Bad Bunny Benito is a very smart guy; he and his team create something very valuable for his country, for his culture, and for the whole culture of Hispanics or Latinos."

He emphasized that the artist is not seeking superiority, but rather cultural dignity: "He is not saying that we are superior; he is saying that we have a great culture, traditions, and language... and he is giving value to that."

For Valdés, Bad Bunny's impact goes beyond musical taste: "What he is doing transcends music; it is already a social and cultural phenomenon."

It also highlighted the identity message it conveys: "I can be here at the top of the world being Latino… you are no less than anyone, your culture is no less than anyone else's culture."

Alexis was clear in highlighting the symbolic value of his figure in the current context: "For someone to speak positively about Hispanics, to speak with pride and to boost the self-esteem of the Hispanic audience, is very positive in the historical moment we are living."

Finally, he closed his message with a direct acknowledgment: "Thank you for doing what you do... you have understood that at this moment in history you have a mission and you are carrying it out: enhancing the image of your people."
