A video shared on TikTok has touched thousands of users by showing the emotional reunion between a 105-year-old grandmother and her 95-year-old younger brother after more than a year apart.

The images, published by the user identified as @mairenyh, capture the moment the man enters the room and greets his older sister, who is sitting in a chair.

The elderly woman, dressed in a colorful floral outfit, cannot hide her emotion upon recognizing him. Her face lights up, and she smiles with a tenderness that has touched the hearts of those who have seen the video.

"Giving this joy to my grandmother is worth pure gold; this is priceless," wrote the granddaughter when sharing the recording on social media.
