Lili Estefan cleared up the doubts that many had after the celebration of Kailey Levy's 16th birthday: the Cuban girlfriend of the actor, Jenifer Camacho, was not present at the party, and it was the presenter of El Gordo y La Flaca herself who confirmed it on her show.
Last Saturday, William Levy and Elizabeth Gutiérrez gathered in Miami to proudly celebrate their daughter's birthday at a party with family and close friends.
Lili Estefan was one of the guests, and during her show, she cleared up some doubts that many had. When her co-host directly asked her if Levy's new girlfriend had attended the celebration, Estefan did not hesitate: "She didn't go, she didn't go. It wasn't how I think it should be, of course," she stated before the cameras of the program El Gordo y La Flaca.
The host also mentioned that the organizers asked the guests for two things: not to record videos and not to wear red, a color reserved exclusively for the honoree.
"She was obviously crazy about that party, about putting on the dress," Estefan commented, describing Kailey's excitement for her big night.
The young woman, who turned 16 on March 6 but celebrated nearly seven weeks later to make the occasion even more special, wore a long red gala dress adorned with sequined embroidery and a silver tiara.
William Levy and Elizabeth Gutiérrez danced the waltz with their daughter and posed together during the evening, images that created a great stir on social media.
Kailey thanked her parents on Instagram: "Thank you to my mom and dad for making my night so special, and thanks to everyone who came. I wish I could do it all over again!"
The absence of Camacho did not surprise those who closely follow the family dynamics of the actor.
