The Cuban influencer Claudia Artiles underwent a body cosmetic surgery on April 28, a procedure she announced through a video recorded before entering the operating room: “If you’re watching this video, it’s because I’m currently in surgery, I had the body done or I’m being operated on.”

The surgery was aimed at reshaping her figure and eliminating the excess abdominal weight that was causing her discomfort in daily life.

Days earlier, on April 23, Claudia had already undergone an endolift on her double chin, a minimally invasive procedure using laser fiber optics that is performed under local anesthesia and lasts between 30 and 60 minutes.

Regarding that first procedure, the influencer shared on TikTok: "I was super calm, they gave me local anesthesia, folks, I fell asleep, the doctor was there and I was asleep."

The main motivation for the body surgery was a severe hormonal imbalance diagnosed by her doctor, which makes it impossible to become pregnant at this time.

Claudia acknowledged that she had changed her public stance: "I know that many times you heard me say that I didn't want to have surgery, that I wanted to become a mom again, but the reality is different."

The influencer was straightforward about her personal reasons: "I want to feel good, I want to wear a dress and not have my belly stick out, I want to wear a bikini when I go to the beach with Ultrack and feel comfortable."

The journey to the operating room was marked by a series of setbacks. In October 2025, Claudia had announced her plans with the phrase "This yucca body is going to the operating room soon," but everything was interrupted when she discovered a surprise pregnancy with Ultrack in November of that year, precisely during the preoperative tests.

That pregnancy ended in a miscarriage in January 2026, and the doctors diagnosed her with polycystic ovary syndrome, a condition that significantly hinders conception.

After that process, Claudia decided not to keep postponing her well-being: "I don't want to put my life on hold until that happens."

She was also emphatic about not pushing the reproductive process any further: “I’m not going to keep trying, trying, trying, because I feel like it's hurting me.”

The day before the surgery, Claudia posted an emotional message to Ultrack about his son Marlon, the boy with Down syndrome whom the influencer treats as his own: "Thank you for loving him as your own."

After the operation, Ultrack welcomed Claudia home with an emotional 35-second video on TikTok in which he showcased the couple's reunion and described her as "a warrior."

Regarding motherhood, Claudia kept the door open without tying herself to a fixed expectation: "In two or three years, I will try to become a mom again, and if God sends me one, great; and if not, I’ll just stay with Marlon."
