The Cuban influencer Claudia Artiles announced on TikTok that she underwent an endolift on her double chin and sparked conversations online with her direct and unfiltered response to those who questioned her decision.
In a video posted on her account @claudiaartilesa, Claudia shared that the procedure was minimally invasive and that she experienced it with complete calmness: "I was super calm, they gave me local anesthesia, folks, I fell asleep, the doctor was there and I was asleep."
Endolift is an aesthetic technique that uses laser optical fiber inserted under the skin to reduce localized fat in the double chin, tighten sagging skin, and stimulate collagen production. It requires no surgery or sutures, is performed in a consultation lasting between 30 and 60 minutes, and allows you to return to your routine within 24 to 48 hours.
Claudia had her appointment at five in the afternoon and got home at eight at night. That same night, she announced that she wouldn’t be doing a live broadcast to rest: "Nothing to tell you but that I’m fine, that I’m not going to do a live. I’m going to rest tonight and we’ll see each other tomorrow."
He also promised to share more content about the process: "Let me know if you want me to upload it, who was doing it to me, and the process so you can see that it doesn’t hurt at all."
The post immediately sparked a division of opinions in the comments. One follower wrote: "So young, and she does so many things." Claudia's response was strong: "It's my body, my choice. When I'm old, I won't change anything because I already am, and if something bothers me, I'll fix it or remove it. Blessings."
Another follower shared her own negative experience with the procedure: "I had it done twice at 2 different 'good' places and it didn't work for me... I want to see your process but for me it was a scam." Claudia replied briefly: "Let's hope," leaving open the possibility of showing her results as a response.
Messages of support also arrived. A follower wrote to her: "That's great, I’m glad you want to look even more beautiful, because you are already lovely. Don't pay attention to jealous people with such bad vibes." Claudia responded affectionately: "Thank you, my love."
This is not the first aesthetic procedure that Claudia has publicly documented. In May 2025, she underwent a lip augmentation and a Morpheus body treatment on her abdomen; in February 2026, she received preventive Botox on her forehead and crow's feet.
Claudia Artiles is known for documenting her life as the mother of Marlon, a three-year-old boy with Down syndrome, and her relationship with fellow content creator Ultrack. Her style is characterized by transparency and a willingness to respond directly to both criticism and expressions of affection, making each personal post an active space for discussion among her followers.
