The Cuban influencer Claudia Artiles is currently recovering after undergoing a body contouring cosmetic surgery last week, and her partner, Ultrack, has kept their followers updated on the process through a series of videos posted on TikTok, which have generated a huge response on social media.

The most viral content of this saga came over the weekend when Ultrack and Claudia published a video featuring a viral audio that says: "You didn’t want to have surgery? Well, you didn’t want to have surgery. Deal with your mess. You told me, I want to customize myself, I want to customize." This shows that the couple is bringing their best attitude and humor to the process that the Cuban content creator is currently going through. Claudia wrote about the video: "I can't stop laughing, and he's not helping."

Ultrack also published a longer video in which they reassured those who were worried about Claudia's health. "Claudia is fine; she is in a recovery process. As you know, the beginning is a bit difficult and painful, but it's a process she has to go through; it's normal, and there are no complications," they stated.

The influencer stated that Claudia "is eating well, walking, doing all the things she normally needs to do," and that she is attending her recovery massages.

The surgery was aimed at reshaping her figure and removing excess abdominal tissue. Claudia had explained it clearly before the procedure: "I want to feel good, I want to wear a dress without my belly hanging over, I want to wear a bikini when I go to the beach with Ultrack and feel comfortable."

The process had a long journey. Claudia had announced her intention to undergo surgery since October 2025 with the phrase "This cassava body is going to the operating room soon," but the plans were interrupted when she discovered a surprise pregnancy with Ultrack during the preoperative examinations in November of that year.

After a miscarriage in January 2026 and a diagnosis of polycystic ovary syndrome, Claudia decided to no longer postpone her well-being and undergo surgery. The day before the operation, she dedicated an emotional message to Ultrack about her son Marlon: “Thank you for loving him as your own”.

The combination of humor, transparency, and mutual support between Claudia and Ultrack has turned this recovery process into one of the most discussed topics among the Cuban community on social media, demonstrating that sharing vulnerable moments with authenticity remains a formula that resonates with the audience.
