El Uniko released a musical preview that ignited social media within the Cuban community, with lyrics that many fans interpret as a direct response to his partner, La Titi (Elisa), just days after she publicly called him out in a live broadcast.
The singer posted the snippet on his TikTok and Instagram accounts with the caption "(NI + NI -)", the title of his new song.
The catalyst for the controversy was a live stream that La Titi held on April 30, during which she lashed out at the singer, accusing him of not contributing financially to the household.
The phrase that went viral was: "I have to go gogocear to feed the kids, I can't support you any longer."
According to comments from followers on the preview posts, La Titi had been doing live broadcasts talking about the singer for more than five days before he responded.
The new song arrives with a wounded yet defiant tone, filled with direct reproaches.
Among the most striking phrases from the preview are: "I trusted you, that's why you saw that I put in so much effort," "I gave you my soul, I gave you my love, I gave you everything," and "You were the serpent that poisoned me."
The closure of the fragment leaves no room for interpretation: "I'm grateful to God that I freed myself from you. You want to come back with me, and the answer is no."
The contrast with previous episodes did not go unnoticed by fans. In July 2022, El Uniko dedicated the romantic song "My Warrior" to La Titi with the message: "You are not only the mother of my children, you are also my friend, my partner, the love of my life."
In January 2023, when she received attacks on social media, El Uniko publicly defended her with the message: "Do whatever you want, I support you."
The couple has two children: Benjamín Nelly, born in April 2020, and Lincoln Asallam, born in February 2022.
The reactions to the preview were immediate and divided.
Some applauded the song with comments like "When the uni strikes" or "Hit of the track," while others harshly criticized the singer.
The most interacted comment stated: "After living off her and not being able to respect a woman who is the mother of his children, he should do it not for her, but out of respect for his sons."
La Titi herself reacted in the comments on Instagram under @papelencara with the phrase "My son learns quickly," and then added: "Mom is mom even if the children leave home."

Several users also speculated that all the controversy could be a strategy: “Everything is content,” wrote one, while another asked, “And I wonder, considering all the wonderful things she did for you, aren’t you going to release a whole album? Or are you only inspired by disappointments?”
What started as a couple's conflict in live broadcasts has transitioned into music, turning the breakup — if there is one — into the most talked-about topic in the universe of Cuban reggaeton in exile.
