Ja Rulay is experiencing one of the most special moments of his life and has not hesitated to share it with his followers: the Cuban singer posted on Instagram the first images with his newborn son, revealing an intimate and tender side that has touched thousands of people.
Everything began when he announced last week the arrival of his baby with a story from the hospital: his hand holding the tiny hand of the newborn and just a single word as text: "Dad."
Now, days later, the artist has opened that window to his private life further with new images that showcase more complete moments with the baby.
In one of the photos, he is sitting in a hospital armchair, holding the newborn wrapped in a white blanket. In another image, he is leaving the medical center with the baby in a carrier, designer bags Gucci over his shoulder, and pink lace-up sneakers, smiling as if he is taking home the most precious thing in the world.
His partner, Marell Infante, also joined the celebration with a story featuring the three of them together and the text: "My two men" and "My dream came true."
A personalized blanket embroidered with golden thread, featuring a crown and the text "You Are My Answered Prayer / Piece of My Soul," confirmed the name of the little one: Ja Rule Junior.
The arrival of this baby holds a particularly profound significance. In November 2023, Ja Rulay experienced a miscarriage with his then-partner, a painful experience that impacted both the artist and his followers. The birth of Ja Rule Junior symbolizes the healing of that wound.
The journey to this moment has been completely public. On January 13, the couple announced the pregnancy with images from their baby shower, and on January 22, they revealed with blue smoke that they were expecting a boy, whom they described as "the most beautiful gift from God."
In April, he traveled to Spain to be with Marell during the final stages of her pregnancy, and on April 17, they shared a maternity photoshoot in black and white where he was seen kneeling in front of Marell's belly, his head resting on her abdomen.
With the arrival of Ja Rule Junior, Ja Rulay joins the wave of Cuban urban artists who in 2026 have experienced fatherhood in a very public and emotional way: Johayron became a father in February alongside Dane Batista, and Velito El Bufón welcomed his son Thiago that same month, solidifying a year marked by family and a deeper connection between these artists and their communities.
