Alejandro Sanz brought his girlfriend, Peruvian actress Stephanie Cayo, on stage during his concert last Saturday in Las Vegas to sing together "Corazón Partío," one of the most emblematic songs of his career, marking the conclusion of the U.S. leg of his world tour ¿Y Ahora Qué? World Tour.
The singer performed at PH Live at Planet Hollywood and, when it came time to sing that anthem from 1997, he invited Cayo to join him in front of thousands of attendees who were not expecting that moment.
It wasn't the first time the actress appeared alongside Sanz on stage during this tour, but it was the first time they sang together.
Alejandro wrapped his arm around his girlfriend's waist, pulling her closer to him, as they continued to gaze into each other's eyes. The performance ended with a shy and tender kiss that provoked cheers from the audience.
Images of the couple went viral on social media, reigniting the conversation about this romance that has been making headlines for months.
The romance between Sanz and Cayo began to come to light in February 2026, with the first documented kiss on February 21 in Guayaquil, during the Latin American leg of the tour, shortly after his separation from Candela Márquez was confirmed at the end of December 2025.
Since then, public displays of affection have not ceased. On April 26, Sanz had already invited her to dance at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn and kissed her in front of the audience in a video that surpassed 2.1 million views.
In an interview with Jordi Évole aired that same month, Sanz confessed to being in love: "I am, very much so." During the recording, Stephanie called via video call and greeted her boyfriend with "My love." Évole took the opportunity to reveal to the actress what the singer had said: "Do you know that I asked him if he believed in love forever again, and he said yes, of course, automatically? I want you to know this, in case he hasn't told you; I'm telling you now."
Cayo, 20 years younger than Sanz, has been discreet about the relationship from the start. "I am very well, at peace. It's something I want to cherish a lot. It's something I want to nurture because of how beautiful it is," she stated to Peruvian television in mid-March.
