A baby stopped crying instantly as soon as "Biónica," the song by Cuban artists Bebeshito and Ja Rulay, played in a viral TikTok video posted by the user @surelis.cubanita.
The 40-second clip shows the little girl crying until her mother plays the song. At that moment, the baby immediately calms down. When the music stops, she starts crying again. The sequence repeats several times in front of the camera, making it clear that it's not a coincidence.
"Look, do you want to see this? She's crying, but notice how much she enjoys the song, the bionic song by Bebecito," says the mother, identified as Surelis, while recording the baby.
At one point in the video, Surelis turns off the music to show the contrast: the baby cries again. "Turn off the song. Look, look at this," she says before concluding, "She loves the baby song."
The mother also took the opportunity in the video to ask her followers to tag the artist. "Look, look, tag bebecito and see if he pays attention," she said.
«Biónica» was released on December 5, 2025 and is performed by Ja Rulay, Bebeshito, Dave Produce, and Roberto Ferrante. Since its debut, the song has become one of the most used audios on TikTok, leading to a chain of viral videos featuring people from the most unexpected backgrounds.
In December 2025, a young Cuban hospitalized for gallstones and pancreatitis danced to the trend of "Biónica" while connected to an IV and oxygen. Days later, a Cuban security guard also went viral dancing to the same song.
Bebeshito is one of the leading figures of the Cuban roster today. In August 2025, he filled the Kaseya Center in Miami with 20,000 people, and in January 2026, Billboard included him among the 26 Latin artists to watch that year.
His collaborator on the subject, Ja Rulay, was born in August 2003 in Havana and currently resides in Spain. He is one of the most promising young artists in the genre on digital platforms.
El reparto is a genre of urban music that emerged around 2007 in the popular neighborhoods of Havana, particularly in Arroyo Naranjo. It blends raggamuffin, timba, rumba, and reggaeton, and its characteristic dance is called "chocolateo."
The video of the baby adds a new chapter to the viral story of "Biónica," a song that has shown in just a few months that the Cuban cast knows no age barriers.
