Dany Ome took advantage of her vacation to share one of the most intimate moments of her life with her followers: an open-hearted conversation with her mother, Noelia Pedraza, published on her social media.

The video, filmed in a relaxed and laid-back setting, takes the form of an informal interview in which the artist asks his mother a series of personal and profound questions that are rarely voiced aloud.

When Dany Ome asked her what the hardest moment she experienced was, Noelia didn’t hesitate: "the death of my grandson; that is a hard moment for me and will always be hard." She added something that left the artist himself speechless: "I lost a son, but I didn’t feel this way; it affected me more deeply because my son was sick and my grandson was healthy and well."

In response to the question of whether she ever cried silently for not being able to give her child everything they needed, Noelia's answer was emphatic and universal: "I have, yes, all mothers cry in silence for not being able to provide what their children need; that's something logical. All mothers in the world have wanted to buy at least one toy for their child and haven't been able to in a store."

Noelia also admitted that there was a moment when she doubted her son would succeed: "Well, yes, he always told me that you were going to make it, but I saw that progress as so slow, so slow, so slow." However, time proved right those who believed in him.

The most emotional moment came when Dany Ome asked what would be the last thing she would say if he weren't here tomorrow. Her mother's response was simple yet devastating: "that I love you." Seeing her get emotional to the point of tears, he kindly said, amidst hugs, "don’t be dramatic."

Noelia concluded the conversation with words that encapsulate a mother's pride for having watched her son grow from the ground up: "I am so proud because I have seen your achievements."

The relationship between them is one of the pillars of the singer's public image. In February 2025, Dany Ome organized a grand party for her 57th birthday in Miami, and a month later, he bought her a house in that city as a sign of gratitude for all she sacrificed.

Noelia Pedraza, who was a Dama de Blanco in Cuba, has appeared in multiple content pieces by the artist over the years, and her followers describe her as his number one fan.

The reactions to the video were immediate. Followers from Cuba, Chile, Peru, Spain, and the Dominican Republic flooded the post with messages of affection. "You're a great mom, take good care of her, Ome," wrote one user. Another, from the Canary Islands, summed up the feelings of many: "Big up, Dany Ome, the toughest crew Cuba has."

The most popular comment on the video, with nine reactions, was also the most straightforward: "The mother of the most popular."
