The Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agency arrested Osmany Pérez-Del Camino, a 27-year-old Cuban with a criminal record, in Seattle and is holding him in federal custody pending his deportation.
Pérez-Del Camino is said to have illegally entered the United States around 2023 and was convicted in 2025 for attempted robbery and theft, according to ICE Seattle reported on its official account.
The agency included the young man in its campaign "Worst of the Worst," used by ICE to publicize cases of undocumented immigrants who have criminal records.
His detention was one of four cases reported by ICE Seattle in just three days, between September 11 and 13.
Among the other detainees is a 43-year-old Burmese citizen convicted on two counts of sexual assault against a minor, as well as a 28-year-old Honduran woman convicted for possession with intent to distribute fentanyl and a Salvadoran woman of the same age with a history of conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine.
According to SeattleRed, as of the release of their report, there had been no public statement from the authorities in Washington state regarding these cases.

Pérez-Del Camino is not the first Cuban recently included by ICE Seattle in its campaign "The Worst of the Worst." At the end of August, the agency publicized the case of another citizen from the island with convictions for sexual offenses against minors.
Days later, ICE reported on another Cuban arrested with a history related to a request for homicide.
During the first six months of 2026, the United States deported 740 Cubans on 25 repatriation flights, including individuals with convictions for serious crimes.
